Housing officers were tracking thousands of rental units across multiple regions on paper, and low-income applicants had no transparent way to see what was actually available. We built a platform that manages supply and demand end to end — citizens browse, book, and rent homes that fit their budget, while officers handle units, applications, and reports from one dashboard, online or off.

Tantangan

The client needed a system to manage thousands of rental housing units across multiple regions in Indonesia, track occupancy, and provide a transparent application process for low-income citizens — all accessible on both web and mobile with offline support.

Solusi Kami

We built a full-stack platform using Go for the backend API and Flutter for the mobile app with SQLite for offline-first capability. The web dashboard, built with server-rendered templates, allowed administrators to manage units, applications, and reports in real time.

Hasil

Delivered a production-ready system handling thousands of housing records, with mobile offline support enabling field officers to work in areas with poor connectivity. The platform significantly reduced manual paperwork and processing time.
