These terms cover your use of this website. The terms of any actual project are set out in the written scope and agreement we sign with you — that document governs the work, not this page.
SimpleFunc is a software development studio based in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Contact details are in the footer of every page.
The figures published on this site are genuine starting prices and typical ranges, given so that you can compare us before making contact. They are not a binding quote. Your fixed price is confirmed in writing after the free scoping call, once the scope is agreed — and from that point it does not change unless you request work outside that scope, which we quote separately before building.
Sending the enquiry form costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not a contract, an order, or a booking. Either of us can decide not to proceed, for any reason, at any point before an agreement is signed.
Full terms live in your project agreement. In summary: work starts on a deposit; the balance is split across milestones tied to delivered work; on final payment the source code, designs, content, repository, and server credentials are yours outright, held in your name; and we keep no licence over your system.
The text, design, and code of this site belong to SimpleFunc. Client names and logos appear with their permission and remain theirs. Case studies describe real work; the outcomes quoted are the results those clients reported to us.
We keep this site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it is free of error or never offline. Blog articles are general technical writing, not advice for your specific situation — please don't treat them as a substitute for a conversation about your system.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
