This policy covers simplefunc.com and describes exactly what the site collects, why, and what we do with it. It is short because the site does very little.
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, the package you selected if any, and your message. There are no other forms on this site and no account to create.
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That is the only purpose. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing you didn't ask for.
Your submission is delivered to us through a form-handling service, and our reply reaches you through email or WhatsApp. Those providers process the message in order to deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or share your details with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we are working together and for six years afterwards, because contracts and invoices have to be retained.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no advertising trackers. If analytics is enabled, it is a privacy-focused, aggregate measurement tool used to count page views and button clicks — it does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
Email hi@simplefunc.com and ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days unless we're legally required to keep a record, in which case we'll tell you which part and why.
