Managing the supply and demand of rental flats, private and public housing, with a primary mission to provide accessible housing solutions for low-income citizens. Through our platform, we aim to facilitate a seamless and user-friendly experience, allowing citizens to easily browse, book, and rent houses that meet their needs and budget.

Tantangan

The client needed a system to manage thousands of rental housing units across multiple regions in Indonesia, track occupancy, and provide a transparent application process for low-income citizens — all accessible on both web and mobile with offline support.

Solusi Kami

We built a full-stack platform using Go for the backend API and Flutter for the mobile app with SQLite for offline-first capability. The web dashboard, built with server-rendered templates, allowed administrators to manage units, applications, and reports in real time.

Hasil

Delivered a production-ready system handling thousands of housing records, with mobile offline support enabling field officers to work in areas with poor connectivity. The platform significantly reduced manual paperwork and processing time.
