A mobile application serves as a comprehensive meeting management tool, offering features such as scheduling meetings, booking available meeting rooms, taking notes during meetings (MOM), inviting participants, and even extending meeting durations when necessary. Additionally, the app allows users to conveniently order meals to the pantry, ensuring a seamless and productive meeting experience.
The client's office had multiple meeting rooms frequently double-booked through manual processes (WhatsApp messages, sticky notes). They needed a digital solution that worked on both desktop and mobile, with offline support for areas with weak WiFi.
We built a Laravel-powered web dashboard for administrators alongside a Flutter mobile app for end users. The app included room booking, MOM (Minutes of Meeting) recording, participant invites, and meal ordering โ all synced through a REST API with local SQLite fallback.
Room booking conflicts dropped to near zero. The MOM feature reduced post-meeting admin work by over 60%. Staff adoption was high due to the intuitive mobile UX, and the client expanded the system to a second office location within 6 months.
